True to the 3 statements of my company idesign good quality designs from signs for the home bar to sports personality plaques and company requirements, even now designing garden games! (don't forget to check out the new fantastic cornhole games!)

All the woodwork your find here is made from solid plywood of top quality, across multiple thickness. (3mm / 5mm / 9mm / 12mm) 

I do not use any computer programme to cut shapes on cut by hand, (also no laser cutting Machines) everything is done using a scroll saw, ban saw and hand saws. 

Once all cut and sanded I paint or varnish, followed by an extra sanding smoothing cycle which is then repeated to get the best crisp finish possible... quality finish is the priority.

Then if the order is of a design that needs a graphic finish, I have a Hi-gloss waterproof wipe clean dust proof vinyl graphic produced and this is applied... making your badge easy to clean and stay nice for years to come...
